THE ARTIST

INTRO: Hi everyone, it's a pleasure to have you here! My name is Kris, and I'm the illustrator and product designer behind LLA (Lively Lines Art). Originally from Toronto, I now reside in Québec’s beautiful Eastern townships.

PRE-ART: Before my art career, I taught ESL (English as a Second Language) in Seoul, where I had the opportunity to exercise my creative muscles and use visuals in effectively conveying concepts to students of all ages, from children to adults. This experience inspired me to continue developing and utilizing my artistic talents.

 

 

 

ART STYLE: I would describe the core of my art as whimsical and sometimes colourful. I love infusing my work with playful designs that are bound to brighten moods and make my audience smile. The vivid and lively nature of my art is a reflection of my belief that art should be a source of joy and laughter in our lives.

 

   

 

 

NOW: I'm immersed in a range of exciting projects that allow me to explore the endless possibilities of visual storytelling. From creating custom illustrations to designing different products, I'm always striving to bring more creativity and colour into the world.

LIVELY LINES ART 

I created LLA to spark excitement and creativity through my playful designs. The name ‘Lively Lines Art’ was inspired by a back-to-basics attitude; to me, art, in its most rudimentary forms, consists of just lines and shapes, but these pieces come to life when the artist orchestrates their form.
